We deliver to all Australian addresses, including PO Boxes.
• Orders can take between 1 - 3 business days to be dispatched.
• Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or Victorian public holidays.
• You will receive an email on the day your order has been dispatched.
• All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Victoria.

You will receive tracking information from Australia Post once you complete your order and it is dispatched.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver.
Alternatively, a card will be left at your address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email which will include an Australia Post tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order via the Australia Post website or app.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET.
If your parcel hasn't arrived in the estimate time period, we recommend firstly checking the status of your order through Australia Post website or app to see if delivery of your parcel has been attempted. It may be that your parcel is awaiting collection at your local post office.
If your parcel is not at your local post office and you are still yet to receive it in the estimated time period, please contact our Customer Service team.
